- Individuals must be a certified 100l or 200l student at the time he/she is applying for the scholarship. All levels above 200 will not be considered for the scholarship
- You must show proof of a Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) score in other to be eligible for the application
- Individuals must also present their SSCE result equivalent for the application
- You must show proof that you’re admitted into any accredited university in Nigeria by showing your admission letter from your university, alongside your matriculation number
- Individuals who apply through direct entry must show proof of A level or equivalent certificate
Who should not Apply for the NNPC/TOTAL Scholarship
The following groups of people are not eligible or qualified for the NNPC/TOTAL Scholarship
- If you’re a student with a JAMB score of less than 200, whether you’re enrolled in any university or not, you’re not eligible for the application
- If your CGPA falls below 2.5 out of the 5.0 point scale, then the NNPC/TOTAL Scholarship is not for you
- If you’re above 200l, you’re no longer qualified to apply or will not be granted the NNPC/TOTAL Scholarship

To apply for the scholarship, you should
Enter your personal information: This should be after logging into the NNPC/TOTAL scholarship application portal. You’re to enter all the necessary information about yourself in the space that will be provided for you.
